Drawing
Your packaging concept will soon go through our design & engineering team to get further production detail. And co-work with satellite supplier from raw material to post-processing. Our designer and supplier will provide technical drawing for production by each packaging concept accordingly.
Quotation
The packaging quotation based on your request will be carefully calculated.
Drawing Approval
Drawing documents will be provided. The drawing/design are open for further refinement to meet your requirements.
Molding To Sampling（7 Days）
Sampling Charge
Taking discussion further and receiving suggestions to align the design to your requirements. Once you approve the drawing and quotation, we will soon build your sampling order into our system.
CNC sample molding
Our engineering team start to create 3D modeling. Specialists then have aluminum material prepared and follow our mold design process and mold inspection regulation.
Vacuum forming
The plant operator team take specified material roll and approved mold to produce samples following the production requirements.
Sampling Approval
The sample will be sent out to your side when it’s approved by our office. Until the sample dimension and functional test is confirmed, we will set up mass production lead time scheduling for you.
Mass production（21 Days）
Cnc Molding For Mass Production
Our engineering department prepare the aluminum base for CNC machining. Follow our mold design process and mold inspection regulation.
Vacuuming Forming Or Pressure Forming
The plant operator team take specified material roll and approved samples to produce and meet design requirements.
Demoulding And Trimming
All formed plastic sheets will be collected together and inspected before trimming to individual piece. Materials can vary from mechanical properties, formed sheets will be stored until suitable condition to trimming process.
Quality Control
Quality Control department take certain percentage of samples from final products to check before packing.
Packing
All your packaging material will be well-protected and stored under suitable condition before shipping.
