There was one picture from almost 50 years ago that caught our young colleagues’ attention and as you can tell from the quality of the copy, it has a lot of antiquity.
The machine in the picture was the first thermoforming machine that WJP assembled shortly after being established. The most impressive thing about it is that it was that it was actually hand made by our founder Mr.Hsieh himself.
At the time, WJP’s factory was located in the current site of our headquarters in Taipei. However, as WJP grew, our factory was relocated to Miaoli Tunglo Industrial Park which is the present location. Despite the relocation, the philosophy of WJP has remained intact with one of main values being that we design and manufacture products ourselves, rather than out-sourcing production.
This continues the legacy of everyone who has been a part of WJP over the years.
